It is using the sense of sound as an instrument to change your subconscious. I started on a journey: However, pretty soon I was experiencing stress. I put up a brave front within myself. I became my friend instead of my adversary. I heard the beat and carried on toward my goal. The stress was there but so was my commitment. The battle was at first a standoff. I listened and I felt that my resolve to lose weight was building faster than the build-up of stress. The music (storm and stress) was getting annoying but I had still had the new build-up commitment. Then calm was settling in perhaps it was the eye of the storm. Oh there it goes building up again to a torrential downpour. I heard the thunder and saw lightening and felt the wind. It was testing me but I felt resolve that it would deflect off of me. As it reached a fever pitch, I was as calm and strong as could be. I was holding on and felt a new strength building. It was as if I was being trained to stand tall in the face of the storm. My mind was calm. The storm is now over. I still feel the drops but the intensity is weakened as my resolve is stronger. I can beat this weight loss thing. I feel empowered. I feel new hope. I feel new commitment. I know I can meet my weight lose commitment. That is because it is empowering to be able to stand tall during a storm. It is like an oak tree that stood firm. The rain has stopped. I am seeing nature come out after the storm. I now see myself lean and strong. The dragon of hopelessness is slain. It is a new thinner beginning. The storm is over. I am now emboldened.”
