Heatbands Guarantee is Unavailable..

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a money-back guarantee on this product because of this is a personal-use item. Once the package is opened we would be unable to re-sell it for obvious sanitary reasons. We apologize for this policy in advance. IF THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HEATBANDS!

Slim Photo Guarantee is Unavailable.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a money-back guarantee on this product because of the time required to create your individual Slim Photo. Our specially-trained computer artists will spend at least two hours to individually sculpt your image. It would be simply too easy to make a photocopy of your image and then ask for your money back. We apologize for this policy in advance. IF THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A SLIM PHOTO! One thing that we CAN guarantee is that your before and after images will remain confidential. We will NEVER share or post your images with anyone without your permission to do so.

Sound Portrait Guarantee is Unavailable.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a money-back guarantee on this product because of the time required to prepare, compose and record your individual Sound Portrait. It would be simply too easy to make a copy of your Sound Portrait and then ask for your money back. We apologize for this policy in advance. IF THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, THEN PLEASE DO NOT ORDER A SOUND PORTRAIT!

Anger Pillowcase Guarantee is Unavailable.

Unfortunately, a money-back guarantee on this product is not possible because of the time required to create your individual Anger Pillowcase. Industry policy is that personalized products cannot be returned or refunded. (They cannot be reused.) There is no color guarantee. With printing, colors will shift slightly. If we have the original photo, we can insure the colors are close. If we are sent a computer graphic, we cannot. All monitor resolutions are different and what the customer sees may not be the same as what we see.
