      Mikuni Corporation Product Warranties

      Warranty for Charme

        ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

        Mikuni American Corporation shall repair this product with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge in the event of a manufacturing defect for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

        This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. Verification of a purchase receipt or other dated proof of original purchase will be required prior to warranty service is rendered.

        This warranty only covers failures due to defect in materials or workmanship which occur during normal use. It does not cover damages which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product. This warranty shall be voided if product installation or application is made in any other way other than by intended design.

        In the event that this product requires repair pursuant to the terms of this limited warranty, please contact your local Distributor. For services or repairs following thereafter the limited warranty period or for service or repairs not covered by this limited warranty, charges for the cost of repairs, including labor and transportation, may be applicable. In the event that a repair is necessary, please contact your local Distributor.

        LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS

        Distributor and Manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product, or arising out of any breach of this warranty. All expressed and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable warranty period set forth above. Distributor neither assumes nor authorize any person to assume for the company any other liability in connection with the sale or use of this product, and, there are no other warranties, express or implied except as listed above.

      Warranty for Revenir
